What's the best age to start Vitamin C, Niacinamide and Retinol actives?

I started using these because wrinkles farted forming on my forehead while resting, my face is sagging due to lack of sleep since I graduated highschool and moved overseas and also I'm still recovering from acne farts I also use sunscreen more often now My consistent journey started last Christmas and still going strong 💪😊 I would usually just use a bar soap and a Moisturiser with no treatment. Sometimes I just wash my face with Luke warm water and then cool water then air dry and that would be it and I never had any problems until puberty which my skin was oily and now I have dry and sensitive skin so using gentle hydrating cleanser now because I have money now to invest in myself very good and happy for me because I achieve content even when poor you know 😌 💯 Also my skin will breakout if I use snail mucin essence when I am doing treatment like retinol or leave in exfoliant. Maybe cause it's hydrating and skin should not be damped? I'm pretty sure I'm not allergic to snail mucin.. I only use it in my morning routine with vitamin C and sunscreen and moisture.

You can use it if you're a teeneger and have acne, use products that has small dose (i think it's called dose, sorry if i'm wrong), you can start with serums/toners from the ordinary, some by mi or paula's choice but before that search some information about this products so you can be sure that it won't burn your skin and i have some tips, every morning use sunscreen, avoid using more than 1-2 products with acids and remeber use it only 1-2x week it depends of what type of skin you have but i'm sure you know :))

Use vitamin c with a niacinimide included in it like. Medi-heals vitamin c serum with niacinimide or garnier’s vitamin c serum with niacinimide.

@@lanadeguzman478 vitamin c serums should be a morning serum and you can use niacinimide serums at night if you don’t have a retinol. But yeah vitamin c for morning and niacinimide too if you want. And retinol for evening or before sleeping, niacinimide too.
