I use frequency 725 and core voltage 1280. There are some limitation to go over the default values: the first limitation will be heat dissipation, as the default cooler is weak. the second limitation is the power supply, as higher OC will require more energy
@SterlingSpecter1Ай бұрын
i agree with the power draw, as soon as you get close to 80% power draw which would be around 16watts, that when you run into problems because power supplys are not meant to draw max power

How do you adjust the frequency and core voltage? I have set dropdowns...
@arturschuch23 күн бұрын
@@Anthony-ji6ln you need to change the javascript inside, it is pretty simple, when i have some time i will post a video with this manual changes

during the overclocking process did you note the share per minute value?

Awesome video man that explains more. I have the supra and now I’ll buy soon the tirabite one after this one 🙏🏼

Where did you buy yours from? I'm still waiting for the one I bought through ebay but want to buy another.

My best settings: 575/1220 @700-880 and 770GH from the Pool Statistics site. Temps at 54 (during the night it stands in front of a slightly open window and it has fresh air from 18 degree

Watts equate to work, so the more watts per terrahash, the more work required therefore the less efficient each setting is

My supra is only running at 380 ghs max. no matter what voltage or frequency settings i use. Any suggestions what the problem may be? I have the version with the noctua fan and room temperatures are around 22 degrees.
@SterlingSpecter1Ай бұрын
i think that might be a power supply problem, i havnet had it but sometimes the power isnt drawing the correct watts and that would limit the hashrate. or could just be a display problem have you checked hashrate on the pool side to see if its actually 380
@danielth2118Ай бұрын
@@SterlingSpecter1 the pool side also shows the same hashrate. I also changed the power supply to a new one with better quality.

@@danielth2118 weird, the last thing i could think of is the actually chip isnt soldered correctly

i got that fixed now, but havent messed around with overclocks too much since

Min. 7:30. If I'm not wrong, 17.5 J = 17.5 W/S, so 17.5 J/Th should be the same as 17.5 W/Th (the lower W, the better in efficiency terms -less energy consumption to do the same work-). In your table, the most efficient is 475/1150 I think (Not the most powerful, but the most efficient in terms of consumption per terahash.). Nice video, thanks for the job 👍.
