Very nice video. I worked for a public aquarium and had access to NSW. I used it on my nano and my corals looked amazing. I never tested it other than for salinity. That said I never had algae issues either. Keep the videos coming!

Do you filter it at all? I know some public aquariums cycle their tanks with seawater at night, and then filtered water during the day when they're open.

I dot filter at all but it does sit for at least a week before I use it. Im unsure if any of the useful foods are still alive in the water when I do my water changes. Do you have any experience with coral essentials black label?

Science is science. Tank crashes happen. I enjoy sharing science and the process of making videos, so why stop just because I have a tank crash?

He had an awesome reef tank before the crash so I regard him as a reefer who knows his stuff. I agree that you should judge a reefer’s ability based on how his/her tank looks but a tank crash can happen to any reefer. Check out his older videos if you’re interested about his tank.
