Back in 1964, I told my Sociology professor there would soon be a time when absolutely everything about an individual would be known and you could call it up for a court case or whatever. He laughed right in my face. Bet now he's wondering, "Who was that prescient child?"

Not me but went Star Trek Into Darkness. When the antagonist revealed himself as Khan, I heard a man shouting from the back "I CALLED IT!". I still laugh about it. The man saw his one chance to feel like a God amongst fellow nerds and took it. From his tone, I feel like whoever he was there with had been debating if it was Khan the whole time.

My ex’s other woman (I use that term lightly, she was 18, we were 27) tried to say he wasn’t porking her for her age. She was later left by him 6 months after she turned 21 for one of her friends- an 18 year old friend.

I have a friend I met in middle school that I still talk to today. I never told anyone this as it wasn't my place, but the moment I met them I told myself something along the lines of "I don't know in what way but they are absolutely in the LGBTQ community" come high-school and they had come out as both non binary and aro ace. My gaydar isn't always the most accurate, mostly cause I don't really care enough to guess whether people are straight or not, but this time it worked

Story 9: my brother figured out that I was gay but left it to me to come out, because it's a potentially difficult situation that could see people heading further in.

After the first plane hit on 9/11 I commented to the rest of my high-school class I read about someone using a plane to blow up the Capitol building, in a Tom Clancy novel (Debt of Honor). A guy said "no way that would actually happen"... I've never been so sad to be right.

My ex-GF and myself used to watch a lot of murder mysteries on TV (like Columbo, etc. but not because of the usual way Columbo revealed the crime from the start). My GF never could work out how I could predict who the murderer was within a few minutes into the show, to the point she swore that I'd seen the episode before or it was a repeat, even when that was impossible. I simply realised something she hadn't: characters that had speaking lines when they had no reason to meant they would have an impact later on. The waiter gets lines in a scene in a restaurant? Boom! They're the murderer. I kept that secret for over a year.

Boyfriend's unmedicated, violent, paranoid schizophrenic brother moved in after being released from the mental health ward (after being put in there for scaring fast food workers not three days after being released from prision). Told my boyfriend that I didn't feel safe and refused to be alone with his brother. At 1:45am on the fifth day of his staying with us, he tried to unalive me, my boyfriend, and his father. Called it but not happy about it. Made my PTSD so much worse. The brother was specifically trying to get to me because he decided he didn't like me.

I remember when I was a kid (early 90s) I was playing with a paper game board and had the tv on, barely looking at it. A specific movie started playing its intro and when my older sister came in the room, she asked me what movie was playing on tv. I said, "Flash" and seconds later the lyrics start playing. I never really watched the movie (this movie came out in the 80s) and somehow guessed it without having looked at the tv guide booklet.

I got two story’s Once me and a friend were skateboarding around our street, and I told her not to skate uphill because we were bad and she would fall. Not 5 seconds later she slips, falls, and she kicks the board behind her. It rolls straight into a storm drain and my dad had to fish it out. I’m also really good at making movie predictions, especially Pirates of the Caribbean for some reason.

Family had this Ford truck that would not start if it sat for a bit but would run just fine if it managed to get started, hardly knowing anything about cars and a bit of research on the exact model and symptoms it was the ceramic fuel pump being cracked, I was however ignored. 2 months and a few thousand dollars of fuel lines, filters, injectors and even a starter and battery replacement with 4 more strandings the focus was finally shifted to the fuel pump to which no surprise was cracked, i reminded them that I told them it was the pump but they didn't want me to be right

My friend was having an extension (MIL suite) built onto her home. I got a walk through as the construction was getting close to completion. I pointed out a few errors on the builder's part, and her response was "They know. They're going to fix it!" When she said what their plan was for one fix, I said that's not a good way to do it. It would be better/easier to do it this way. I also pointed out a few extra things, like they put the shower drain plate under the tile. If there's ever a clog, she can't remove the plate to clear the drain! My husband worked in construction, and I know a little bit, but these mistakes were so obvious, even if you didn't know construction. Months go by and she tells me that they are butting heads with the contractor. The whole mess ends up going to court. They did fix the floor the way I told her it needed to be fixed. They repaired a few other things, and the shower drain never got fixed. After the dust settled, I said "You know, I never say anything to you about when things happen... but I told you so!!!" She admitted that I was right!

I tend to call it about a lot of things, from what's going to happen in a tv episode/anime series/movie to whether people can be trusted or not, each and every single time I'm right, guess I just got good instincts.

Story 47: The end of Captain America: The First Avenger was pretty scary for me. I saw it at a drive in theater and someone started driving out with their headlights off right when the movie ended during the credits and ran over somebody's head (the person was in a black sleeping bag on the black pavement). About 20 of us had to pick up the car and swing it off to the side to get the person out from under the thing without moving the person. No, this isn't an attempt to brag about being strong...I'm pretty sure I was lifting like 2 pounds of weight because 20 people is a lot to lift a car partway off the ground (just lifted the back and pivoted it while the front was still on the ground).

One of my favourites that I have done. I was playing MK8D with my mate. 200cc, mushrooms and boost items only. Edit: Should say it is vs Race with random maps on. So any map from any cup + DLC maps and cups. 24 cups and 4 maps a cup. A 1/96 casually. I say the following: "Is it gonna be chaos or baby park?" Mate replies: "definitely chaos" THEN THE WORDS Baby Park APPEAR ON SCREEN.

Honestly, I'm too good at "calling it". *--_--* I spotted stalkers, deaths, kidnappers, shoplifters, failed relationships(including marriages), and financial crisis. Just to name a few. I don't even need to know the people involved. I DO spot good things, like Luke in "The Mandolorian". So, it's not ALL bad. I would love to be wrong more often though...
