Most Walmarts have a little area on the side next to the watches for their "Clearance" items. This is always the FIRST place I check as this area is kind of hidden and sometimes you can find a deeply discounted gem sitting there.

If you go on Walmart.com you can buy any kind of watch a padik and audemar , Rolex any of the big Brands online you can get on Walmart you can even buy Jordans on Walmart online you could buy anything on Walmart online no one else has a website or a retail just like one thing he's is that it's a little bit more expensive like the Jordans you're going to be paying about $300 because they're not out anymore some of them are $800 little bit of a premium to get them from Walmart and it's the same thing with the watches there's a little bit more of a premium to get a Rolex from Walmart online my advice if you do buy a luxury watch like an Audemars for a Rolex online Walmart get it deliver to the store and pick it up

I'd go for the F91W as well. In fact, I needed a watch in a pinch, and I bought the Casio W217-H ( the larger version of the F91W, released in June of last year ). They are in EVERY Walmart and is usually in the "cheap watch" stand across from the counter. I picked mine up for $15.88. The g-shocks at every Walmart are WAY overpriced.

I love my Casio Duro. I just put it on a royal blue sailcloth strap from Barton watch bands and it looks fantastic. Definitely the best bang for your buck dive watch available.

Nice to see a video from you again, I like the Timex Expedition, however, if I had to pick one of the watches displayed I would have gone with the Casio Duro and replaced the band, that is a watch that offers good value for the money.

I have two watches in my collection that came from Walmart. I have a Timex Expedition that I bought when I needed a beater quartz watch. I bought that particular watch because of your review. I also have an Armitron automatic skeleton that my father bought for me after I'd been admiring it. I believe it has a Seagull movement in it and is quite a good bargain for an automatic watch.

Let me tell you about a WalMart watch I bought. It was an Armitron automatic skeleton watch round 130 out the door with ins. I rode mountain bikes with it, basically used it like a sports watch and use it every day. Had it about 10 years never had it serviced and treated it like red headed step child. Its an automatic, and to this day it will start working just by picking it up. If ya don't know a lot about watches that's good. Im buying another to last to the end of my years. But I'll probably pass it down unused because the one I have now will probably last the rest of my life and then some.

I agree with your choice on the Casio Duro. I keep meaning to pick one up and have not done it yet. For the price, it is a nice looking watch, and the 200m water resistance is great. I picked up one of the G Shocks with the bracelet that you pointed out at my local Walmart on clearance for $47! I always check for clearance watches every time I visit a Walmart.

In reality it is great that they have a selection for all kinds of budgets. I've been in that situation in need of a watch a couple of times and Walmart has been great. If I were to buy a new one I'll pick up one of the G-Shock's the Rangeman. Great video!

The G Shock with the metal band is the MTG-M9000A. I picked mine up a few weeks ago at Walmart on Clearance. Paid $48! I had the black resin version of this watch that was rock solid for many years. The MTG is both Tough Solar and Multi-band 6. I had to have the band resized at my local jewelers but so far I'm loving it. Worth every penny.

I love the Timex expeditions and Ironmans. I own a lot of Timex and Casio watches and there so great. You can't go wrong with these two brands. I also like Victorinox Swiss army original and infantry watches.

One of my favorite novels is The Bourne Identity. The guy wakes up with amnesia in a foreign land. One of his only possessions is a flashy mechanical luxury watch. He quickly sells it because it could draw attention. He intentionally buys a mass-produced, cheap digital watch that is more durable, dependable, expendable and inconspicuous. ...which reminds me of another novel: Shadow Divers. You can tell an amateur wreck diver by how expensive their diving knife is. An experienced diver carries several inexpensive knives incase he drops one. An inexperienced diver has an expensive knife and may make a poor decision to try to retrieve that knife if he drops it. Sometimes an inexpensive, but well-made product is the best choice.

As someone who actually daily-wears an Armitron Atlas, it's actually a very solidly built watch. Mine is an older model in a color combo that isn't available anymore (silver with rose gold indices) and I've had to replace the movement in mine because I kinda broke the original one, but since then it's been keeping good time and I think it actually looks pretty good for a cheap watch.

I have had a Casio similar to the one you choose, for most of my life. I replaced the last one with a similar casio. Also, I had an Armitron. That thing ran forever on the battery it came with. it was down to only being carried in my pocket because the pins wouldn't stay in on the band. I get same issue with the steel casio.

I to would of gone with the expedition with the brown leather. I love a timex they really just speak to me. On another subject your so lucky in the U.S to have this amenity at your disposal. We just don't work like this in the UK. Nowhere sells that array of straps for instance, the nearest thing we have are either watch repair shops or some cobblers may sell them. Certainly something analog... I have a Timex Intelligent Quartz Fly-Back Chronograph with a green face, that I really like. I also have a very old Trench watch with a porcelain face that is my favorite. I seldom wear it because if something happened to it I would have trouble replacing it.

George on the $8.88 rack, i have many nicer watches but when I need to scratch an itch.. I go here and find whichever one pops the most. Most of them are 100m resistant, mine has a black and white pleather and canvas strap( whole reason I bought the watch ). So far I love 2/3 for work or relaxing just being able to bang a watch around and the third is an 9 dollar alarm clock now.

wow didnt know about their down sizing of that section. So far all the WM near me are still pretty full scale when it comes to the jewelry section. The thing id most buy from them are straps! found some nice SS and rubber straps there for a 22mm lug for only 8 bucks!

Out of all of those I would probably go for the Duro since It is water resistant and reliable I do own one and the dive bezel works well. If i was for vacation i assena standard Gshock would be good , nice vid 👍🏻
