Triads,Tong and Street Gangs are not the same thing.....lol Triads and Yakuzas(japanese) etc are centuries old secret societies that turn criminal. They can be highly orangized like a mafia but they are not triads or Tongs. Black Dragons are a VIETNAMESE American street gang, viets dont use Tong or triads(thats a chinese thing)

Black Dragons were mainly Chinese-Vietnamese where they dapple in street to organized crime, but that gang is on the down low like many Asian gangs in the San Gabriel Valley. Its the same with Wah Ching they went from street and organized crime. For Asian Boyz and Tiny Rascals Gang they were more street gang level and mostly made of South East Asians.
