So ultimately our suffering with health and mental problems CAN be a blessing in disguise I guess. But we usually only see it that way if/when we're healthy again. But why wait? I'm gonna feel gratitude for my intense suffering right now, in advance 🥵😱😎

Brilliant! I'm going through a phase where I can't wait to check in with myself and experience what's going on. It's fascinating. Getting Angelo's book for Christmas. ❤

Thank you, for me the biggest challenge is to unlock my full potential, which I know is in me, but my frightened subconscious mind keeps me in periods of worrying.

Hi Kyle the way I understood from your video is that the symptoms are not actually what we don’t want to feel? What we do not want to feel is more deeply hidden in the subconscious mind? If that is so how can we get to the root of it? Thank you.

In my experience, my mind doesn’t need to know what the repressed emotions are. Feeling and accepting symptoms and emotions in the present moment is what is powerful. The mind wants to 'manage' the experience. You'll never get to understand the contents of your unconscious mind, so I wouldn't bother trying!

We don't want to feel symptoms as well but that stems from the layers of resistance and mental reaction. So getting to the purest experience of a symptom reveals the peace of pure experience because there's no longer layers of resistance saying i don't want to feel this. Don't overcomplicate it, just go deeper and deeper into whatever is arising

Do you think you can recover from severe MEcfs if there is still ongoing chronic survival stress around you? That i can't control... and nowhere else to go. Nor can i at my level of illness currently

So to sum up, resistance and whatever is driving the resistance cycle looks like whatever belief or feeling in the subconscious says "this should not be happening", or "this needs to go away for me to experience peace, to feel liberated? " And to get liberated from it, We can be aware of it and not react, and feel what's underneath? That's kinda the gist? That seems so odd cause some things really are just stressful... like the potential for homelessness when bedbound. Finances etc like you said. And just amplified when your ns is stuck in fight flight freeze. But Hmmm it's a new thought... thanks for giving examples of what resistance looks like Challenging too when nervous system dysregulation is often the root of these chronic conditions.
