I've never done this before, but today I'm sharing one of my responses to a phenomenal question from EF-Lab member yesterday. They asked what the role of the parents "should" be, and I go into depth about some of the core concepts that my neurodivergent brain has contemplated during 25+ years I've been in education. Another onpoint video, Seth! What I heard you say is relationships are and most important relationship is with ourselves. A healthy relationship with ourselves models for our children how to be healthy themselves.

Love the context that you build up here! There is crazy pressure from schools and it causes so much strain on mental health and relationships when all that energy could instead go toward enrichment and quality family time. The stuff that matters way more to future success than academics.
