I have a story too. Ima set the TLDR in the beginning so you don’t have to read: TLDR: 8 year old was forced to leave the classroom for asking questions about when the break started. Teacher was later fired for bullying kids. Here’s the story: I was eight years old, we had a substitute teacher from hell who gave an assignment, afterwards he asked if there were any questions. I did have one, I asked the teacher at what time break started, just to get a timeframe and an estimate for how long the class would last for. The teacher flipped out, and told me to leave the class and wait in the hall. This was the first time I had been send out into the hall like that so I started to cry. The teacher came out after class and sat me down. He started a whole speech about how I had to do the work even if I didn’t want to. When I was finally allowed to speak I almost YELLED, ‘I didn’t say I didn’t want to do anything I asked when break was, to get a time frame!’ He gave me a bewildered look and then tried spinning it like that was wrong too well you shouldn’t have asked that either blah blah blah, ‘than when were we gonna have a break?’ After 20 minutes, I thanked him for telling me, and he had another bewildered look. I was allowed to walk off. But man I Never forgave him for it. But after many years I may see why he reacted, perhaps he thought I was making a fool out of him in front of the class of kids by joking about not wanting to do any homework after he had told us about all the stuff we had to do. Or perhaps he was using it to find his next victim.. you see, he was the kind of teacher who would start mocking a single kid to get on the good side of the rest in the class. Either way I became his victim later on, when he became our main teacher. The teacher would target what appeared to be an easy target, aka kids that fell into categories like: ADHD, Autism, disabled children, too fat, too emotional and so on He would tell jokes at one kid’s expense and then let the class laugh when the kid cried. He would do this every day especially in the classes with younger kids, sense they didn’t know what or why he would do something so cruel. He straight up bullied kids to be part of the class and get on the their good side. Imagine a grown adult doing that kind of crap. 7 kids from deferent classes ended up leaving the school because of him and ONLY him. So what happened to him for his behavior? He was forced out of the school after to many complaints from students. I was very happy with that decision even tho I was out of the school by the time it happened. Tho I wish the principal had believed me about his actions when I told them about it. Instead it took 20 or so kids coming into the class At Once to get him expelled. This was a year or so after I left the school.

@@Manglethefox238 Thank you, he was definitely the kind of teacher who would make me question why he would ever want to be near kids. I later told my friends who laughed at me what he did and why and they honestly had no idea he was like that, they said ‘oh he wasn’t that bad..’ I then told them how this guy had told the entire class ‘ if you want to know how to never be successful or do anything good in life, just do that’ and he pointed at me while I was crying in frustration. Yeah he wasn’t evil, but that’s about all I’m gonna give him on that matter. He was cruel, and a bully who would blame those who were struggling for their mental breakdowns, this was what made him able to get away with that horrible behavior since he wasn’t technically wrong, but he never had to tell the entire class that about a student. I too wish he would’ve been caught earlier. When he was caught I felt relieved because finally the stories came out as to why he was fired and I could tell that I wasn’t alone in my suffering and suspicions. Knowing that basically a whole class had told on him to get him fired was just amazing.

The headmaster at the time, when telling us in assembly the day after she quit, accidentally (in purpose) called her Mrs O'Calladragon in front of the whole school. At my High school we had a large field around the back , it wasn't well tended to so a lot of tall grass grew up. One Friday it rained and the kids went around and pulled the grass out by its roots, a lot of mud was stuck to those roots so they began throwing it at each other until the whole school got involved. On Monday the Vice principal called me to his office and said he asked around and everyone had reported that I was "THE CHIEF INSTIGATOR".As I was a about to defend myself, he promptly shut me down and handed me a two week suspension. I took my suspension and left the office. Two weeks later when I returned to school I was called to the office again, HE WAS MAD, so I asked What's UP? He then asked me, "Why didn't you tell me You weren't at school that day". I smiled and answered, I was about to, but I couldn't rightly pass on getting two weeks off.

There were a lot of stupid reasons I got in trouble at school but the dumbest in at least my opinion was when I finished a test early and decided to quietly read my book until everyone else was finished. The teacher decided to start very loudly accusing me of "distracting" other students. That specifically is the dumb part of it. What happened after was me having enough of her crap. This wasn't the first time she pulled that sort of crap but it was the final straw. I decided at that point "ok you wanna play this game then I will play it and you will loose." I calmly pointed out my position in the room (back row in a corner) and that she was the one being loud and so perhaps she was the one being distracting during a test. Also that I finished my test already so I am not blowing off my work. I finally at the end of that said If she doesn't like me quietly minding my own business that is too bad and she can shut up. Then I picked up my bag and my book dropped out of school and went home with a buddy who was doing the same. I didn't particularly care at that point because this was also the year Alaska did away with the high school graduation qualification exams. So they made a high school diploma worthless there anyway.

From grades 7-11 guys who had girlfriends kept pestering me asking me to be their girlfriend and wouldn't stop! I don't even know why they were after me specifically! I hated it and didn't know what to do about it because if I told someone it most likely would have been "boys will be boys!", "you are over reacting, its not that serious.", or just will get a verbal slap on the wrist.. it got to the point where my undiagnosed depression got worse (I knew I had it but people wouldn't listen to me), I remember just feeling miserable, and basically just building up walls so people couldn't hurt me. I didn't talk unless i was around my friends and or family or a teacher was asking a question, I remember two kids saying they were scared of me (honestly hurt alot because I didn't want people to be scared, I just wanted to protect myself), and didn't show much emotion beacuse I thought they would get bored and would finally stop... I'm not sure what my story would count as anymore.. it hurt like hell, I just wanted to get through high school and get as far from those people as possible. Some even used it as an excuse to try to fram me and try to get me in trouble. Fuck I remember one of the kids I hated the most trying to "help me" pick up my stuff after it fell. This one happened 2 weeks ago! I was sitting in class, just ready to go to our lunch break, when my teacher for that class told me and the guy who was sitting next to me to stay in the room. When everyone left, she blamed us for talking during the national anthem and that we were being rude, but neither of us even had our mouths open. We both told her that she was wrong and she probably made a mistake, but she told us to our faces that we probably FORGOT that we were talking, when this happened 5 MINUTES EARLIER. We just accepted that she was going to be like this and just agreed to make her stop talking. Then on Monday (that was on a Friday) SHE TEXTED THE KID’S PARENTS (I don’t know how she got their number, nor does he) AND TOLD THEM THAT HIM AND ONLY HIM WAS SCREAMING AND YELLING THROUGH ANNOUNCEMENTS AND THE NATIONAL ANTHEM. YES SHE ACTUALLY TRIED PULLING THAT ON THEM. I hate this teacher, multiple people have left the class because she doesn’t know how to teach, and if you’re that teacher and recognizes me by my username, I’m not sorry 😂 Second story, didn’t get in trouble but worse than the first story I wrote. 2years ago, in grade 7, we had a PERFECT French teacher. Z-dog was a good teacher but didn’t know how to handle troubling situations. He slammed doors and screamed at the top of his lungs to kids BEFORE he tries to ask them to stop talking. Oh, by the way, there was this one kid named Austin who was the scariest kid in the school who was in my class and had a bunch of mini bullies that weren’t afraid to beat anyone up. One day they were beating me up and pinning me to walls, slapping me and stuff and I looked over as Z-dog LEANS FORWARD, TAKED A SIP OF COFFEE AND WATCHES THEM BEAT ME. I NEVER SAW ANYTHING MORE SCARY THAN THAT IN A SCHOOL, KNOWING THAT THE TEACHER IS ENJOYING WATCHING THEM BEAT ME UP HARD.

I have a couple of really interesting stories of my own I want to share TLDR: Story 1: Teacher shouts at 2 girls for something that they obviously didn’t do. Story 2: Girl gets shamed for personal choices about art. Story 1: it was during 4th grade and our teacher was hone that day for some unknown reason and they couldn’t get a sub for our class. Instead they split us up into groups and sent us into different classrooms with different teachers to watch over us. However since there weren’t enough teachers for all of us, me and my best friend who I will refer to as Sophie were lumped into an extra group with 3 other rude boys. These kids had a bad reputation in our class as being total jerks and just generally treated anyone who wasn’t one of their friends (even staff) like crap. I don’t remember what we were doing that day, some groups did some cool science experiments in the classes they were in and some were learning about English. Since my group was without a teacher and we were just sat at a table in the middle of the pod ( the small section of carpet space between classes in a grade area) they just had us working on a basic math worksheet. The three boys were being extremely loud and obnoxious as they always were, getting up and dancing around the table like complete idiots, while Sophie and I were trying to focus on some long division. This annoying teacher that I will now refer to as Mrs. S came out and shouted at me and Sophie, accusing us of talking and making a huge distraction for her students and how if she comes out here again then we both would be getting in trouble. Now both me and Sophie were looking at each other because we were both really confused, we weren’t talking to each other at all except for if we needed to clarify anything over the math we were doing. Mrs. S went back inside her classroom, and immediately after she left we watched the three boys get back out of their chairs and start fu**ing messing around again pushing and shoving each other. Me and Sophie knew that we would get in trouble if they didn’t shut up, so like any fourth grader would do, we started shushing them. After a couple minutes of that we decided we were never going to get anywhere with that so we went back to work. About 5 minutes later, Mrs. S comes out again as the boys scurried back to their seats. However instead of doing the reasonable thing of yelling at the people not doing the work, she starts shouting at me and Sophie! And she is just laying into us about how awful kids we were for not following such simple instructions, and how we were just so disrespectful. At this point a couple of the other teachers came out to see what was going on, and they just stood there with the most blank expression ever! At this point me and Sophie were just absolutely bawling our eyes out, and we rarely did that. The absurdity of this woman was just unreal. After yelling at us for 5 minutes she dragged me and Sophie into her classroom, sat us a distance away from each other, and just left us there for the rest of the day til it was time for dismissal. And of course everyone was starting right at us while we were sobbing our eyes out which made it so much fu**ing worse. But the absolute worst part about it was that as she sat me next to the open classroom door, I was looking outside and I saw the three boys doing the exact same thing from earlier, pushing and shoving each other around and creating a loud ruckus. You want to know what Mrs. S did? Absolutely nothing! My god I hate this bi*ch. Story 2: This happened in fifth grade. I was and have always been enrolled in before-school care, since my mom is a teacher at a nearby middle school. I honestly hated going to the program every day because all the teachers were so rude to me for not wanting to do the stupid games they were playing, sitting by myself and doing my own thing, or playing with the nice boys in the program since I hated the girls for being so preppy and annoying. There was 1 thing that made this program more enjoyable for me though, I had a really good friend in it that I will call Alexis. Now I was extremely great friends with Alexis, we had a really great friend group with a couple other girls that I will call Sophie and ivy, and a boy too I’ll call Justin. But this isn’t about them. This story takes place about a couple of months after Alexis went to a different elementary school, and I was becoming absolutely livid with the people running the program. So far they had taken away the computer lab from us which me and Alexis had built a pretty impressive Minecraft theme park on. As well as the majority of the board games I would play in the board game room. They always grouped us by grades when going through rotations and this day our grade was at the toys and crafts rotation. I absolutely hated the lady who ran this station before this incident because she always looked at me funny when I rather play with the boys then draw with the girls. And when I did want to help out with the projects they were having the girls do she would never let me. So today she was having all of us do some sort of valentines art project in the middle of December for some reason I don’t remember why but I was telling her how I didn’t want to do the art project because my parents were just going to throw it away them being the minimalists they are. All I wanted to do was go play with the toys over in the crates off to the side, I even promised to pick them up after I was done, but no I had to do some stupid craft project that was a waste of materials anyway. So i started raising my voice at her because it was unfair, I didn’t even yell at her and being the emotional kid I was back then I was even crying a bit because I hated art back then ( my attitude has completely changed about art since) and instead of calming me down like any reasonable adult should, she snapped at me, started shouting at me in front of everyone, and threw me out into the hallway for someone else to deal with. Safe to say that I never went back there again, but after that even my favorite teachers from the program started being shi**y to me. At least I only had to suffer 3 more months til Covid wiped out the 4th quarter of my 5th grade year. Those last 9 weeks were the most peaceful I had ever had in years. Sorry just a big emotional dump, needed to get this out not like anyone will actually see this, let alone read this but at least it’s out there now 😮💨😌

I once got called into the office for a "bomb threat". For a little context, my name is Sam and my family on my dad's side is from Lebanon so I have a Lebanese last name, though spelled wrong cause of a mishap during the immigration process. Now I wasn't the only Sam in my school, there were a few and one had legit behavioral problems. Anyways, one day during class I get called to the office. I have no idea what for, but I have to go, so I do. Now the day prior to this we left early, and in the hallway I said "lets blow this pop stand" so I assumed this was for that and someone took it out of context. So we hash it out cause it seems like a big misunderstanding, and I'm a good kid. I'm not punished or anything and I go back to class. I get back and the teacher is out so I ask who reported me. Turns out the other Sam with behavioral issues had made threats regarding bombs during class, and his classmates reported him. And for some reason they called me in first instead. Me. The one Sam in school of Middle Eastern descent. Now I have no proof that I was somehow profiled, but it sure fuckin' felt that way at the time.

So here is my little Story: for some context,i have adhd, but more on the "you dont directly see it" spectrum. Now introducing: my PE teacher, who was a pretty nice guy for the past years, but since 8th,he was a complete asshole to us. I was injured,so I took my phone to at least do something if he had no work for me. After some time,he came to me and apparently wanted to give me work. I listened to him, until he wanted me to "put the phone away". I held it closed,on lockscreen in my hand. He still wanted me to put it away,so i just asked " why? I already did." Then he just snatched my phone out of my hand and walked away. Since i had VERY bad experiences with people taking my stuff, instincts kicked in and i tried to get it back. I didnt even really touch him,i just hit my phone with a slight knock. I get sent to the PRINCIPAL (who was a gnome, but behaved like a rattlesnake) and got one week detention for "assault".1. They had nothing to prove my "assault" and 2. I had like 30 people there,my entire class, proving my point. And guess what the goddamn principal of our school said to my face? I kid you not: "Your opinions dont count, you are just students" I didnt even try to argue at that point,i was just so dissapointed in the school system. Changed schools shortly after due to other incidents, got a much better school, kind teachers and better grades. Still cant believe i dont write this on some reddit channel for made up storys... (Sorry for my probably bad english, its literally midnight for me right now and im going to bed after this.

I was yelled at for running in a puddle, a very small one, when I was in elementary school. I liked running in puddles as a little kid and never got into trouble for it at home. I was so confused as to why it was a big deal cause I wasn't splashing anyone. The teacher didn't even give me a reason she was yelling just told me to sit inside for the rest of recess and called my parents about it. Even they were confused as to why I got into trouble.

During middle school, we were having a geography class and the teacher was drawing the structure of the atmosphere. Apparently, instead of writing Troposphere, she wrote "Tropo". Of course, since it could also mean tropopause, which is a different thing, i raised my arm politely and corrected her. Well you see, she went "Where do you all even come from" and as i was the student whom almost every teacher hated and was used to it, i said "From my house, miss." and boom, it led to a whole damn arguement which took the entire period to end. At the parents teachers meeting, she decided to blame it all on me and said that "She was just joking". Terrible teacher I must say. She herself sucked at social studies and came to teach us. Did not feel too stressed about my image though. Moved on in a while as the education system here is horrific. There were no actions taken against her for her poor teaching skills apart from the arguement aswell.

I was put in in school suspension for two days for beating up a kid who told me to kill my self along with calling me multiple hurtful names. Thanks school for once again rewarding the person who caused the problem with more drama to talk about. The second time this happened it was with a different kid who was a popular kid for being a vaper and being suicidal. I went on to not so nicely explain to her why she of all people should not be making that kind of remark in a calm and quiet tone because the teacher was busy and I did not wish to interrupt. That girl never spoke to me again. And the moral of the story kids, is sometimes it’s best to just talk it out. Even a mean way of talking it out usually gets the point across.

Well, back in 5th-6th grade I was targeted by my teachers. Like whenever me and my friends were talking in a transition (which my teachers did not like) we would be the first people to be noticed talking. So if someone is bothering me or asking me a question and I talk, I’m already getting in trouble. You can see why this is a bit stupid. There was this other time where I thought I had adhd (which I still think I do) and I had a hard time focusing. I keep on getting distracted. And because of this I needed to ask people to help me with instructions which sometimes would be embarrassing and they wouldn’t help me because they either hate me or their just terrible people. And one of those times nobody would help me and I forgot one part of the instructions. So I was stuck and I couldn’t figure nothing. And so I just took a bad grade. (Teachers just say that you need to ask a friend.)

I got in trouble because of the annoying boys in my old school. I was probably in 5-6 grade and we were lining up to get our photos. 2 teachers were talking close to us and one of the teachers (a teacher that isn’t well liked because she can be a bit strict and mean) may or may not of said a swear word. Apparently the boys heard it too and they started chatting about who heard it as well so I said “Yeah, I heard it too..” Eventually the mean teacher came over and said a few things I can’t remember. The boys said that they were talking about you(to the mean teacher) swearing. The teacher got mad and asked who bring this conversation up. And do you know who the boys blamed it on? Me. Only 10-11 year old me. She started shrieking and accusing me of it, when I had only said I also heard her say the swear word. She didn’t know I had Autism and that’s I HATED it when people screamed at me. So I had a panic attack and fled the scene absolutely crying and spotting everywhere. My teacher came to me and Ames what was wrong and I explained everything to her. My teacher went to the other teacher to explain what had happened and that teacher guiltily apologised. I forgave her but I still don’t like her very much.

My high school principal is a strong christian, like he believes in only christianity. He was reading a quote he took from the bible but when a kid who was also christian spoke out saying he had changed it and was lying. Then the kid got expelled for interrupting him. Our school isnt based on one religion, but on all and non religious. Basically the principal believed in things that he though was jn the bible butbaasnt and gaslighting all of us into believing some random bullcrap he made up. All the school funds were going into 'religious' quotes from famous people. When the school was inspected, they realised the quotes were all fake and it made it to the news. The principal still is in the school but has kept quiet since it happened. Tbh my school only cares about money and nothing else which really puts a toll on teachers because during the time their paychecks had decreased due to lack of money and the principal is trying to get it back by making trips more expensive, making parents not pay and making all the students hate the school more

11th grade English class. Teacher was having us fill out this parts of speech packet to see where we were. Another classmate and I each finished early, roughly at the same time too, and went to turn it in. No we weren't accused of cheating, but we were told we couldn't have done our packets that fast and that we had to either take it back to our desks to continue working on it or she'd accept it but we'd lose points on the assignment. Both of us were upset and took the points off as well we couldn't just work on it more, we were done. I still remember it and dislike that teacher. It didn't help that when there was a nasty fight at school I asked as she'd been going on about how the two involved had been good students and that she'd liked them why teachers didn't step in as an ambulance actually had to be called (put simply our gym lockers didn't have locks we had to provide our own and one of the parties used theirs in the fight) she told me that "it wasn't in the job description". So keeping the kids safe isn’t in your job description???

My story:(Really short) So once in like 7th grade my bestie asked me “Hey weird question, but are you gay?” And apparently it was disrespectful to Jesus to talk about that stuff so we both got in trouble. Other story related to this: So this was in the same class, but like my friend asked “Hey are you gay?” And this time we didn’t get in trouble because the teacher didn’t hear us and anyways I told my bestie the truth and said “I’ll tell you later.” And apparently the stupid nosy teachers pet decided that what I said meant I was gay and told the teacher, who told the principal, who had no idea what was happening. So I had to explain that the teachers pet was incorrect, and that lead to her needing to say she needed the councilor and get me in more trouble. So in the end I was in a lot of trouble, but I guess the whole day ended on a high note because when I was walking home that annoying teachers pet broke their arm, and never went back to school.

K so here's my story: Back in first grade, i had a sub in my class that i did not like at all. The class and I all had to have a spelling test. She says to not write the word until she says so. So we get to the second to last word. She says to write it down, so i write it down. What was her response? "I didn't say to write that, go clip down" when I knew very well that she *did* tell us to write it. At that age I wasn't brave enough to speak up, but now I wish I did. This was years ago and it still bothers me. Edit: It's not as harsh a punishment having to be clipped down compared to some of these other punishments, but i had to clip all the way down since the first two times was most the class not being quiet (which I have always been a behaved kid). And if we clipped all the way down, it was some other punishment I don't remember.

My Catholic school came up with a concept of "detention slips". Basically any time you screw up you get one and you have to bring it home for your parent to sign. One day I was working on a math problem. The teacher told me to come join the reading group. While she was saying this, I was in the middle of writing a number. It was because I finished writing the number before I joined the group (as opposed to stopping in the middle of writing it) I got a detention slip. At the same school, we were lined up to go to our afternoon bathroom break. The two guys ahead of me in line were pushing at each other. I just happened to have a pencil in my hand. As I tried to walk around them, one of them hit my hand (with the pencil in it) and I ended up writing on the wall. As soon as this happened, they ratted on me.

So he was complaining to his friend about it and he said "Oh what's my dad gonna say? 'Oh nO, you were weAring a hAt?' I'll just say I identify as a hat." Was the stupidest yet amusing thing I've heard

I remember that on 6th Grade I had to Draw a Greek Temple for art class (obviously), the Teacher saw it, and i got in trouble because she thought i Printed it from the internet, atleast she admited i am a good artist Other time that i got in a kinda of trouble because my Portuguese Teacher (I am Brazilian) used to make us Summarize a book she finds, she doesnt pause for us to listen to her, and she read the book like eminem in rap god and i couldnt keep up with her, she made me try to read from one of the few people that could keep up with her.. The guy that i had to read from wrote in such a way that looked like Arabic mixed with Hieroglyphs, when i asked if i could read from anyone else she *insisted* for me to read from his sum about Story 8, who the fuck keeps the shopping list on the Pencil Case?

I had a substitute teacher that said that I was stupid because I was left-handed. Worst substitute teacher that I have ever had.

During a test in spring, my allergies were acting up and I had sneezing fits during the test. Our subsitute thought I was giggling and asked me to step in the hallway. My classmate told the sub "He was sneezing" and others backed me up. She stopped the class and started to write any one up who had my back and talked during the test. Luckily, our cool teacher next door, Ms. Burmot had our backs and had us move to her class to finish our assignments and the sub was never asked back to sub again for causing a disturbance during state tests.

I have a specific story called the, “I got in trouble for getting lost in a huge high school as a freshman” story. I was a freshman in high school at the time and I’m forgetful if I don’t look at my class schedule possibly more than 100 times so it was easy for me to get lost. I got a freaking after school detention for being late to class, which happened only ONCE, by the way. From then on, I pretty much studied my schedule more than my school studies, had my schedule be visible to my eyes at all times and POWER WALKED around people.

I remember getting a lunchtime detention at age 11 for "forgetting" my PE shorts, which were in actual fact stolen. Teacher wouldn't even hear me out, just kept telling me I left them at home and not to lie. Had to buy new shorts because, shockingly enough, they weren't at home either. Never got an apology from her.

I remember one time, I had a substitute in like fourth grade. She made us do one of those video workout things. When she didn't let us take a water break, i said something along the lines of "i feel like i haven't drank water in a week" she stopped and turned to me. The first words out of her mouth were "that is a LIE!" She then continued to yell at me for 'lying'. I sarcastically said "no, it's true, I haven't drank water all week" and she f*cking lost it. Yelling at me, saying things like "I'm going to call your parents about this!"

I looked up soccer scores for five seconds while a kid who got caught playing games was doing his thing. Immediate detention, no questions asked while he didn’t get in trouble.

I have an inhaler at my school. If someone does not get that inhaler, They might end up going straight to the ER. Could also end up in a lawsuit
