We ate at Moeders when we were in Amsterdam in 2019. Very nice place. If I recall, I had the stamppot. Well, I know I had stamppot in a couple of places. Maybe I had something else there. I can't recall for certain.

When I went to Amdsterdam, I think I was only able to try a lot of Dutch food stalls, and not totally Dutch meals like this one. Which main dish would you recommend?

That’s true!! I liked the beef stew and how they made the stamppot. It’s basically mashed potatoes, veggies, and sausage. They do it really well!
