The Netherlands has my heart. I've traveled to many countries in Europe, but none compare to it. I visited in 2014, 2018, and 2020, and now I'm planning to go again. Amsterdam, Zaanse Schans, and Giethoorn are my favorite destinations. The Dutch people, their culture, and the natural beauty of the country are simply amazing.

The Netherlands is truly a gem of Europe! The breathtaking beauty of its endless tulip fields, picturesque windmills, and serene canals is like something out of a fairytale. Every corner of the country is filled with vibrant colors and charm, making it feel both timeless and modern. But beyond the landscapes, it’s the Dutch people who make this country so special-their friendliness, open-mindedness, and welcoming nature create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The culture is rich and diverse, blending tradition with innovation, from the charming streets of Amsterdam to the artistic heritage of cities like Rotterdam and Utrecht. It’s a place where every visit leaves you inspired and every experience feels unforgettable. The Netherlands is truly a land of beauty, creativity, and heart! ❤🇳🇱

@@mobasharhasan6622 Think of Utrecht, Woerden , Gouda and the enclosed 'the Green Middle', lovely to bike. You never get lost: all towns and villages with their churches are easy to spot from a great distance. All about 1000years old. Where the cheese comes from. Or you bike a bit north along the river 'Vecht' to the lakes, none are natural but dug out to use the soil for fuel. Now for watersports. Bike around them. Then you bike to the east, the woodlands. Cool in summer! No rivers. Then you bike to the south, along the 'Old Rhine' to and back along the, not so main anymore, river Rhine (the great rivers 'Rhine' and 'Waal', which are in fact two arms of that one river Rhine).

Even though everybody has an electric bike or a fatbike these days. Even children. 🫠 but hey we are really healthy! 😅 and the country is not so great either. Nobody says hi to eachother, always frustrated and busy, the mentality here is not shown in the video. I was in Ireland last week. What a difference! Everybody said hi, was calm and relaxed. Beautiful images of good quality. The commentary is also excellent. It is very nice to see this film as a Dutch person. This film cannot be made in a short time, compliments!

Thank you, needless to say a gorgeous place rich in history and art! I'm a professional artist/illustrator/painter and when I went to Europe to study art, unfortunately I didn't get to the renown Netherlands. Was mostly in Italy, a short time in Spain and France and then England. My youngest daughter did get to Amsterdam when she attended university in the UK. I have a bit of Dutch ancestry on my paternal grandmother's side, but they originally came from Germany. My late father's family left Rotterdam in 1732, landed in Philadelphia, fought in the Revolutionary War, three of them generals. The Pennsylvania Dutch! My first Halloween costume when I was three was a Dutch girl with my blonde Dutch boy haircut. I went to high school with a classmate whose parents were right off the boat from Holland and all around their house were beautiful different colored tulips, loved walking past that in the Spring on the way to school! ♥♥

I would like to go. My ancestry is of a Dutch trader that came to America in the 1640's when New York was called New Amsterdam. He got arrested for selling firearms and ammunition to the natives. OOPS. The town that my name comes from is north of Amsterdam. Thanks to the internet I can see new and old pictures of it. As much as I'd like to go I'd rather see Italy.

The place is crazy, it shouldn't exist! They drained the sea & somehow hold it back, their ambition is outstanding!

@@chadsimmons6347 'Somehow'! That is a lot of work. And do not forget the rivers...the Netherlands are a Delta....rivers, wide and narrow are everywhere.
