Drain going that far back away from the house, and an Interceptor in last Manhole often suggests a Septic Tank, if it's going a main, it'll be a lot closer to the building and unlikely to have an interceptor.

The tell tale sign it is a septic tank is the breather vent. I'm guessing you don't come across them very often.
