Mam, there are many issues. the main issue is the deduction, how can you take more than 20% of commission. Customer service can't help us. And other thing I uploaded my PAN to your portal 3 years ago but still TDS deduct, your team says "your pan isn't varify by our Rapido team". Worst Service....!

These days rapido captain becomes very poor getting online continuously for 2-3 hours but not getting orders, even in a high demand areas others captains getting orders. I am a student and doing rapido at evening time after 6pm to 11pm but they hold my account for atleast 2 hours after getting online and then they start to giving me orders and if customers cancelled my first order they don't give me second order even after getting online for several hours. And also one thing they brought these days called bike lite service which is also very poor i don't know why rapido experiments so much on captains learn something from ola and uber. I am from lucknow city. I contact too many time with customer support and doing mails but no one provide me correct resolution.

If anything, speak the truth. Rupees are given to us like paws and you are swallowing three quarters. A bit shy to brag. The butcher is more compassionate than you.

Koi be rapido chalane subscribe nhi karo or jeshane kar rakha hai vo not subscribed kar do ye video se be pess Kam rahe hai or ham ko Koch be nhi de rahe hai

रैपिडो चोर लूटेरे बेईमान कंपनी बन गया है...हर राईड पर 500-600मीटर का पैसा काट लेता है,..हर राईड में टाईम फेयर 7-10 मीनट का पैसा काट लेता है, प्लेटफार्म चार्ज के नाम पर 25% चार्ज काट लेता है.... इंसेंटिव स्लैब इतना बढ़ा चढ़ा कर देता है कि आसानी से एचिव ही नहीं हो पाता है.... और जैसे ही इंसेंटिव स्लैब पुरा होने वाला होता है तभी आर्डर देना कम कर देता है.... मतलब इंसेंटिव स्लैब मिस कराने के लिए कंपनी शाम,दाम, दंड-भेद सब अपनाता है... ऐसा चोर लूटेरे कंपनी हमने कहीं नहीं देखा है।।
