Anytime I ask the price of something and it's outlandishly too high I always then ask, "How much is it without Bufferin?" Pretty much nobody in the world ever knows what I'm talking about, but I still think it's funny and laugh at my own joke.

I had one of those stuffed toy soldiers at 1:31-1:38 (seen in the background) when I was a kid. I won it at a fair. I called him Tommy. I kept the toy for many years until styrofoam bits started to fall out of a tear in Tommy.

Wow. That’s an expensive radio back then. 1 dollar back in the early 70s today is now $6.5. Was a radio like that really was 67 bucks? But I do remember we had a console TV stereo system back in the 70 with a tv and radio and turntable and I think it cost around 700.
