well, Sebastian, I`m home again and my back is OK I did not hurt myself but I´m tired after working with the wood splitting for 6:00 hours but the wood warms many times this way hahaha. Hi, do you mind me asking how you deal with the gear change when you use an inverted Passat gearbox. I assume the gearlever action would be reversed in the vertical plane unless you have a way to restore the action. I recall a UK conversion firm talking about using Boxster cables at a price of about 1000 euros !

Yes, I’m aware about that kit. Sadly I won’t be able to buy the kit so i just have to get used to the upside down gears for now.
