Honestly $5.25/hr + tips is more than industry standard where I’m from, so not a bad place to work. When I was serving tables I was making $3/hr + tips, and that was only back in 2019.

My first job ever was a tipped server at the neighborhood Sonic and I made way less than $5/hr back then. WH’s new policy isn’t a bad deal at all + insurance and the opportunity to move up!
