I've met tons of friends in person. I've only had an issue with one of them. He kept touching me and made the whole thing awkward. " I didn't know taking his hand off me multiple times was an indication of wanting to be groped. The ironic part is that he's considered conventionally attractive. Back in the wild west days of the internet I was a nieve child roaming the chat rooms of AOL. I was honest and assumed everyone else was as well. I met a person I assumed to be a 12 year old girl the same age as me and we had lots of conversations about Sailor Moon and art. It seemed great. She lived in the same area as me and we decided to meet and hang out at the marina that was half way between our houses. It was about a mile on the bike path so it seemed like a great idea I could go and come back and no one would know ( I wasn’t supposed to go alone to the marina). I head out and it’s an over cast day, but that’s normal. Half way a strange nagging hits, that weird feeling you get when you enter room and something just feels off you don’t know what it is just that it’s wrong. I in a moment of clarity decided that I would just not go. It started raining and I was soaked by the time I made it home. I never talked to that girl again. I have no idea if it was actually a girl or not, but I trust that nagging feeling that it probably wasn’t

Until i finally ask to breakup, he ruin the groupchat with saying shit about me to other friends, saying i was too obsessed with him or something, so everyone thinking i ruined the group chat, after that i left the group and the community, and i only have one member left from the group chat who stand by me and let me add her to her irl social media and keeping contact. 5-6months later, some stranger DMed me on my irl social media, it was a grown woman, saying that he was my ex boyf and saying I'm actually a girl and asking how I've been doing, she got my social media from my friend in gc (she blocked her actually because she also had beef with this creep) and knew it was me because i meet up with her in cafe event 😭 until this day she keep watching every story and liking my post eventho i ghosted her chat, it was crazy

Carter asks me and Charlie what do we think about the Avery situation. me and Charlie are confused, and Carter tells us that a few days earlier, he was told that Avery passed away from some heart problems she had for a while. Apparently her cousin notified him about the news, but somehow she knew his real name despite not playing with him even once. not only that, but we all thought it was weird to "continue the legacy of your dead cousin" by playing on her account. Avery also has a tendency to seek attention, so she might be pulling a giant prank on us to try and get attention. TLDR: we don't know if our friend is really dead or just attention seeking.

That furry story is such offensive bull shit. First off, i AM a furry. I go to loads of their cons. Sure, every once and a while you meet a creepy pos that's more likely to become a murderer than a productive member of society....but the chances of that happening are about the same as the chances of meeting one in an every day place like your local Starbucks. Most of us are socially awkward autistic people who like animals. Also, predominantly a gay community. Also lots of trans people. So if the OP is a girl telling that story...dude probably wasn't in the room because he was out getting laid. By a dude. And absolutely uninterested in the OP. If he was presenting himself as a woman to the op, it was probably because the person was trans and not some trap. It sounds to me like the OP came into the fandom expecting the worse and made shit up to scare herself. Art tables at fur cons are not cheap (100$+ depending on the con) and nether are fur suits. Should they have met the person un their suit? No. Socially stupid idea but again, we're not the most Socially brilliant group of people.but this furry artist was probably just trying to be a good person and OP lost there fucking mind over non-sense. Oh well, its their issue. If they're that judgemental, the futry community doesn't need their crapy art.

Anyone else get a little irritated at the amount of people that feel the need to start a story with the word "So"? It's completely unnecessary to start a story with yet it happens all the time.

These aren't professional writers, so they write the way they would speak. And when speaking it's a common behavior to begin a story with "and so it was" or some variant. In speaking the phrasing alerts the listener that you're going to explain something and suggests you not interrupt. In contrast to a normal back and forth discussion. Typically it's a segue. You'll have been talking and then "so, let me tell you about" or anything similar. For the average person this conversational behavior carries over into their writing.
