Instead of Visayas trip go north, Luzon List of locations: South of Manila: - Mayon Volcano (Beauty wise for 4x4 Offroad) - Tagaytay (one of the cold spots in the Philippines, great scenery of Taal Volcano) - Inflatable Island, Laguna (One of the best water parks) - Enchanted kingdom, Laguna (The best ride park in the Philippines) North of manila: - Ciudad de Victoria, Bulacan (Biggest arena, gaming/fun activities would be best here) - Death March Memorial, Bataan (Historical location, the famous giant cross building) - Mt. Pinatubo Trail, Capas, Tarlac (Scenery wise for 4x4 offroad) - Thousand Islands, Pangasinan (Best island hopping and fun activities) - Baguio City (The coldest spot in the Philippines) *recommended - Calle Crisologo, Ilocos (Historical and picturesque hispanic buildings) - Banaue, Ifugao (famous for large rice terraces, and natural tattoo drawing)

Time period you are not burning your ass off is monsoon... So rain, wind, floods... Or uhm go to Baguio, it's more in the north, situated in the mountains. Weather there usually ranges from 10°C (night) to 25°C or 50°F(night) to 77°F. You can enjoy the mountain view and the strawberries there.
