I remember when this was brand new. I lived just across the river in Maryland Heights, and I would sometimes weekly go over there, walk around, and would frequently tour the model homes and dream about getting one or moving into one of the apartments. So fun. It's definitely a lot larger now.

It's been so crazy to see it grow, and there's still more coming which is wild!

At first I thought the neighborhood was so weird, like something from a movie set . But then people was so friendly not use to that , bought a house in newtown! Best decision ever ! Great family vibes and best neighborhood to network! So many good opportunities came from meeting people In newtown.

Thanks for the video on New Town. I find the neighborhood both interesting and beautiful. My wife is more skeptical, but I'm keeping it on my list of possible relocation locations in a few years.....maybe she'll reconsider!

There supposed to build a third pool. Also they just finished the brand new highschool. And in the near future it’s supposed to be a brand new 100 acre park next to the highschool
