What Speed is Best For the Mirka Polisher?

I'm very happy i saw this video before I started polishing. Just got the Mirka and I'm using it for the first time today.

Machine speed should always be the lowest required to maintain rotation. Speed 1 on this machine starts out at 4000, which is equivalent to speed 3 on a RUPES or the Flex PXE80. After burning through paint with a PXE80 on Speed 4 (speed 2 on the Mirka) I wouldn't go past speed 1 unless absolutely necessary.
