I think the plastic feels like a consumer device, and not too premium. If it was too premium we wouldn’t feel comfortable using it as intended you know.

ROG, Legion, Switch got it and can use it as intended 🤷♂️

Mechanical buttons would ruin the steam deck , I prefer the mushy feel of ps4 controllers over Xbox clicky buttons
@RomanDoes Жыл бұрын
its interesting that you compare it with PS4. I find the front buttons to be similar to the standard xbox controller. The one I had in the video is by Gamesir, and its mechanical.

You bench 250 as a warm up? Man, save some P for the rest of us.
@RomanDoes Жыл бұрын
How much do you bench?
@dewinter1411 Жыл бұрын
Irrelevant. I didn’t make a flex on a gaming video about my amazing physical abilities. 😂 I was really making a little joke anyway. Wasn’t trying to throw an insidious insult your way. I do like your content
@RomanDoes Жыл бұрын
@dewinter1411 I understood the joke. But question was: do you bench or what? 🧐

button issues are nothing

You're just nitpicking... I'd want longer battery life, more fps and better compatibility. Who cares how the Button sounds.
@RomanDoes Жыл бұрын
Button quality is in direct correlation to your gameplay quality. How can you ignore that?!

@@RomanDoes well, you certainly haven't used any Chinese gamepad in your life.. they really suck ! Almost all gamepads above 50$ is a good experience.. you just need a couple of days to adjust. If you're flipping devices constantly like running a KZbin you do notice the difference.
@RomanDoes Жыл бұрын
@AakashKale27 that's my entire point, I'm able to compare, and some Chinese gamepads are really doing a good job lately. I get it, Valve doesn't have its own production lines like ROG or Legion, but components are easily sourced and there is enough data in the market showing popularity of the latest switches vs outdated membrane.

@@AakashKale27 Quality of the inputs I interact with whenever I use the device? Certainly matters to me.

@@AakashKale27If you want more FPS and compatibility, then you want ROG Ally and not the shitty experience the Steam Deck gives.

Steam Deck is pure garbage. Love my ROG Ally. I used both . Sent back the Steam Deck
@dewinter1411 Жыл бұрын
Imagine actually believing this. YOU may like your Ally better (which is perfectly fine), but the Deck is far from “garbage”. Enjoy your Windows though. 😂🤷♂️
@SuperBROKEN81 Жыл бұрын
@@dewinter1411 I do enjoy windows. It works just like a tablet. You thought you actually did something there. I used both while you didn't.
@dewinter1411 Жыл бұрын
You thought you got me too. 😂 I did install Windows on the steam deck and all the necessary drivers and such. It didn’t offer the same feature set as Steam OS and the fan control and constant updating and writing to the drive (among other windows issues) made me wipe it and go back to Steam OS. Gave it a solid week of consistent use before deciding the Deck wasn’t meant for Windows.
