Thanks for this very helpful video. I would just point out a couple of things: The piston can be removed from the tilt mechanism with a pipe wrench. That part is not difficult to do - but removing it from the wheelbase is near impossible without the use of a sledge hammer. Secondly, it would have been a lot easier to attach the tilt mechanism to the chair first, then fit in the piston and finally the wheelbase and wheels - just an observation. It saves the need of having 2 people (one to hold and one to screw). Thank you again for a great video. Glad you got your chair sorted. SecretLabs customer service was amazing for me as well. They sent me a full replacement even though my chair was 2 years out of warranty.

Hey Folks! Don't panic, try these in the following order: 1. Router reset - unplug, wait and plug in your router. Also if possible restart your console so it gets registered properly. 2. If this didn't work, you may need to clear your console cache, that is done by restarting your console as well or better unplugging it for a bit (at least this is how its done on xbox) 3. Delete temp file, this is done by accessing game saved data. 4. Xbox has an option to refresh dynamic Mac address. I think PS5 has something like that too. Its done by going into your advanced network settings, you will see it there. 5. Reinstalling the game is on the plate too 6. Resetting your console is the last step you want to do, because even resetting console will not fix it if step one was not done and your router will still block it. Have had this laptop for a few months… it’s awful. Will randomly shut off when I am using and sometimes won’t turn on. The track pad doesn’t even work anymore. The ventilation parts in the back have cracked and split (I don’t know how) causing it to always overheat.

I picked this up Christmas weekend because it was on sale at Best Buy for $120. Well, the TKL version was. I was actually hoping to get the Logitech G915 X full size, but it was going for $200, which is a big jump from the Deathstalker sale price. And yeah. It's trash. To be fair, typing on it actually felt great. I wanted the clicky keys, but TKL only came in linear. The actuation felt good, the sound wasn't too mushy. The problem, as you say, is the wireless, and the software. I could never get Synapse to just allow me to modify the RGB. The keyboard comes out of the box with that rainbow cycling pattern, but all I wanted was plain white lights. I needed lights so I could see in the dark, but RGB is gaudy. No matter what modifications or presets I chose in Synapse, it just keep showing the rainbow cycling. Then after a few hours, it just turned off, and I couldn't wake it back up. This is all on wireless. Later that night (this is all the same day, mind you), I plugged it in with a USB cable, and everything worked perfectly! I could modify the lights, it umm, typed. That's important for a keyboard, the typing. But I told the Best Buy employee the exact same thing you said. Plugging in a USB cable defeats the purpose of buying an expensive wireless keyboard. So I returned it the next day and ordered a Logitech G915 X from Amazon. Much more expensive than the sale price of the Deathstalker, but everything works perfectly out of the box.

Raven update - Yep, they are gone as far as storing your scans. Seems to be another Silicon Valley company that used a failed model or got eaten by a bigger competitor shark. I have the Raven 2nd Gen scanner that works fine stand alone USB without the internet. I have not tried local network WiFi with it. Their website is still there to download the desktop software & drivers for Windows & MAC. I recently installed it on Win 11 and it works fine. They label it 'capture tool' and it comes with TWAIN drivers. It has many options for scanning and viewing on your desktop . I am also running the old Nuance PaperPort 14.5 document management software. The Raven works great and without any problems. As for small receipts and other odd paper. They sold a (5) pack of Raven "carrier sheets" to insert your paper, pictures, whatever into then run through the scanner. I am sure an office supply or Amazon sells similar sheets. Raven did sell a custom desktop cover . I bought 2 of them. With some hunting their leftovers must be somewhere. They sold it as "Raven Original 2nd Dust Cover". It is made out of lined heavy winter jacket type material that should last forever.
