What Taloa, the Basque Corn Bread, looks like

In this video shot during Urdax Iron Day in August 2023, you will see how Basque people prepare taloa. Taloa is a corn galette. They first prepare the corn flour, then they do the round galette, they cook it in a pan. Before giving it, the client choose the filling. A taloa can be filled with sausage, belly meat (ventrêche), cheese.
Eating a mix taloa - filled with sausage or ventreche and cheese - is the perfect fast food to fill the belly.
