I mostly use the DLC cars I own due to the boring standard of the cars you see in ranked games. I do play rocket for fun most of the time but it doesn’t hurt using a unique car from time to time.

I use animus gp alot aswell as dominus but last time I played daily I used the primo. Insidio is also one I mained for awhile. Mostly used octane when I initially ranked up. I do spend more time in free play and rumble than ranked tho xD. Stopped caring around C2-3 I have a fennec, but idk what it is but it’s just a boring car to me. Sure it’s “meta” but what’s the point of winning if it’s not fun? Also you said that the DLC cars suck but the delorean goes hard

Unless you live for rl(fennec), try a new car and see whether or not it works for you, in the past week I mained the tyranno, primo and even the cyclone, do whatever the hell you want. For part 2 you should do import and above cars
