Vlahovic from the start didn't want to leave in the winter but the summer, to help the club reach europe and be top goalscorer of the league, only arsenal made an official bid and he rejected it even before the contract offer came purely because Juve was a much better option since he's going to stay in the league, be able to compete for trophies and play Europe which would all have ???? When talking about arsenal or spurs (who only was interested but nothing official).
