Лимец (limetz) is Einkorn in English ;) The oldest kind of wheat,before the hybridization madness.Normally boza is not made with Einkorn-so thats some rare special kind of boza ;)

You can do it Louis! Cyrillic alphabet is actually easier to remember then you expect, it won't take long and once you've learned it you can read and figure out the meaning of those very basic words that are the same in almost every language like coffee, photo, theatre, metro, restaurant and stuff like that... its very easy actually once you learn the letters pronnunciation.As the reading is completely phonetic,letter by letter,not like in English or French ;) And once you learn the letters,you can read Russian as well (theyve got only few extra letters and different pronnunciations) ;)

1.That they drink is called "Boza" and is made from like most of the things that are in beer 2.If you plan to visit Bulgaria please do not get offended by people watching you while you walk around with a camera talking to it like you are some sort of psyco.Most of the like 35+ years old people are just not used to those kind of things 3.If you use taxis please check the prices on the car if it doesnt have list of price stay away... there are lots of those fakes here
