What The Hell Is This - The Noctua NF A12x25 5v PWM

What's up everyone, Erik here and welcome to Hardware for Gamers, for those of you who are new to the channel I review and test PC cases, CPU coolers, PC case fans, and graphics Cards. Before I get into the overview, to have full disclosure, I bought this NF A12x25 5v PWM with the money donated by my patrons, so thank you very much for supporting the channel, and I hope you like the video.
Now, I put this fan through my standard fan testing, but... because this isn’t a standard fan, I'm not treating this as a standard system fan review. This is going to be more of a WTF is this fan capable of, type of video, and does it make any sense for a standard system.
Answering that second part is pretty simple. NO… NO it is not. These are meant for specialty systems. meaning, industrial systems or servers.

Use the USB to 4pin and plug it in a USB port at 5V to cool anything else than your standard PC...

Hey out of context , but please help , I have ryzen 7 3700x , I want to buy gpu , would u recommend rx 6750xt or Rtx 3070 , I play games like cod extra usually multiplayer shooter games and I want over 140 Fps for mid to high graphics

This fan might be good for laptop coolers, since usb is 5v
