I learned something from my dad nearly 20 years ago and he’s just a regular guy. Always have witnesses around at all times when with a woman you don’t know. For instance on one occasion there was a female door to door saleswoman that came to the house. He came to get me from the living room and wanted me to come be a witness to the encounter so there couldn’t be and claim he did something. At the time I didn’t think much of it and he’s never been in any trouble before. As I got older I realize now what he knew then. Don’t trust anyone and always have a witness.

It's time we start talking about making some changes to our civil system. Our civil system, as it is now, is rife with corruption and is unfair. So, we need some protections on the civil side as we do on the criminal side. A couple of significant changes I can think of off the top of my head would be to, 1: adopt the Proof beyond a reasonable doubt standard. 2: statutorily set a 20-30% of cash award given to law firms with the rest being given to the plaintiff(s) and 3: the losing party must pay all costs for the defense. Even just adopting the Proof Beyond a Reasonable Doubt standard would help a ton. Thoughts?

Kavanaugh's case was different. He swore he had never known Blasey-Ford, never met her; was never at the party where she said he tried to rape her when they were teenagers. Blasey-Ford could not tell where and when the party was supposed to have happened, how she got there and how she went home (she was too young to drive.) She said she was with her friend Leland Keyser, but Keyser denied she was ever at any party with Blasey-Ford. Keyser said she had never met Kavanaugh, either. Blasey-Ford said Kavanaugh threw her on a bed, got on top of her, and started to strip off her clothes while his friend, Mark Judge, cheered him on. After a while, she said Judge also jumped in on them and that broke Kavanaugh's hold on her and she was able to escape. But Judge said he had never met Blasey-Ford and was never at any party where she was. It turned out that Blasey-Ford's handlers got hold of a biographical book written by Judge when he was a young recovering alcoholic and picked out from there the details of his friendship with Kavanaugh. (They were in school together.) It was those details that Blasey-Ford used to weave her fake story of attempted rape. The Democrats tried to force Keyser and Judge to admit to their presence at that mysterious party, and when they did not, they threatened to harm them. I don't know what happened to Keyser, but Judge, up to now, is writing books on how the Democrats tried to ruin his life by appropriating his biographical novel and making use of his life's details to frame him and Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh passed the confirmation hearing and became a Justice of the Supreme Court. Judge is writing books and articles explaining how corrupt the system is that tried to destroy his life. (Do a search on his writings in the internet.) Keyser was never heard from again. And Blasey-Ford became the leftists' heroine, generating millions of Go-Fund dollars, and has authored a book on how great a life she's living, etc. etc. Shameless hag. Absolutely shameless.
