I really enjoy seeing the mouse guns. I have an unexplainable obsession with these types of guns, most are out of reach for me so I enjoy being able to experience them through your channel. Looking forward to seeing more.

I understand the obsession! So nice to connect with like-minded gun nuts!🤣

Every gun ever made was made to fit a niche in the market. Ever since pistols were invented small, concealable handguns had an eager market to scarf them up. Why? For self -defense pure and simple. No telling how many lives have been saved because of these small pistols/revolvers/derringers. Too many internet "experts" sneer at the so-called "anemic" rounds they shoot. My 34 years as a big city cop can attest to their effectiveness.

Hell yeah. I carry my 9mak Hungarian Walther clone so much more than my Glock 19. Its just more comfortable

We own several mouse guns...we have become seniors, and small, lightweight, low recoil are attractive options these days...the .25 on us beats the .44 mag you left at home every time...

There's quite a range of design with mouse guns . And they look so nice framed in riker mounts on the wall !

Great videos. I would love to see a basic takedown on many of these. Would add a little content to your videos and I think it’s interesting that many of these little guns are basic striker fired systems but some had creative ways of squeezing in hammer for a single or even double action.

Your videos are fantastic! I too am a mouse gun collector. I have several of the same pistols you have, and others you don't show. I have additional info on the V. Berndeo... I was able to remove the slide (but I am not allowed to comment on that video). I needed to remove the slide because I need to replace the firing pin/striker. My striker pin tip broke off after firing it on an empty chamber. This is going to be a tough one to find a replacement on (I think I need to check my other pistols to see if there is a similar pin). I only collect working examples that I can shoot. FYI... on my example... remove the barrel... REMOVE the magazine... pull the slide all the way back, release slowly and it slides off of the front of the pistol. Let me know if you ever have anything you are willing to sell.

Aren't 9mm and .380s modern mouse guns?
@mousegunguy2537Ай бұрын
Maybe. But they aren't mouse gun calibers, in my opinion. The most modern gun I have is the Autauga Mk II made around 1996.
@nokachi3339Ай бұрын
@mousegunguy2537 what would constitute a mouse gun caliber? Or is it pre determined

There are some small firearms chambered in .380 and 9mm...the problem is asymmetrical...small and lightweight produce heavy recoil in those calibers, a genuine explosion in your hand...the gun is painful to practice with, and eventually not carried...going bigger and heavier to combat that throws out concealability, a primary selling point of mouse guns...you can't have it both ways...
