Sounds simple, you might not have been targeted by one of these. I understand your want of making it seem simple and I don’t fault you, however just moving on is for the more robotic type of human being. This channel Joe made is for those seeking a greater understanding, people who don’t use the word “like” in every sentence, as an example. Conscious beings here on this channel will benefit from healing first, you might not have to heal because perhaps you are part of the overall problem. I could be wrong. He accused me of cheating when I wouldn’t answer the phone or reply to texts. I had to ignore him when he was away for work because he kept me so stressed out. I took advantage of the time to calm myself. Fight flight or freeze for 3 years tends to exhaust you. He relentlessly accused me of cheating. He was the one cheating. The last time I went no contact it was about 4 days I didn’t hear from him then he started day by day increasing the phone calls I didn’t answer. It’s a sick game.

They think about the « Prime aims» 1: To regain control over the victim’s emotions, mind, time, resources. 2: To harvest narcissistic supply ( fuel). -That is validation from attention/flattery/admiration/pity from the victim - The feeling of power from harassment, bullying, abuse, neglect of the victim It’s like getting control of a cow back, so they can harvest it’s milc. Or to find a videogame they used to play but got bored of and shelfed, tossed, trashed. No they miss the feelings and want to play the game again

I'm in the same recovery group as my narc. She's undergoing surgery over in India. She has blocked me from receiving updates because I told her to get serious about her health. She doesn't like being told what to do, men bow to her. This rich guy has told me he has a possible girl and, I think, lied to me about her location. He has mentioned that he doesn't deserve her because she is too young for him, but he said he's had conversations with her on the phone. He is also on her list of people who support her on fb. I think she is studying her finances and he might fit the bill. He and at least one other guy were supporting her financially while in India, but he died. It will be interesting to see if this is true, she comes back next month. He is dieting and lifting weights to get fit. Narcs are very much interested in themselves.

This may all be the case EXCEPT, when they forced your discard so they can say you left me or you didn't want me and in just days they are showing off their shiny new supply. Because if they had him all groomed and inline ready to fall in to place, she is never going to worry about wanting you back, only if, the shiny new supply gets sick of her shit quickly and leaves her. Which ever way it goes its all a sick game that wastes good people's lives.
