She told me I neglected her but she was never vulnerable or opened to me for me to support her. I can’t support or comfort you unless you talk & open up just like I did with her. I believe I caused a narcissistic injury when I opened up about a struggle I had & she hurt me BAD…now I’m healing, going to therapy & getting stronger emotionally thanks to creators like you & books that provide guidance. There isn’t much support for males experiencing narcissistic trauma caused by narcissistic females due to the stigma surrounding the situation. The ones that provide it; I thank you humbly. It has helped me tremendously understand her actions & behavior even as I detach from the trauma bond. I even questioned if it was me multiple times, but I saw the gaslighting after the fact. Yep, if they have a new supply they'll happily just drain them instead. It may depend on how good the new supply is as to whether they care. The narc friend I haven't contacted in exactly months made a point of dropping a card in for my parents and not being able to go in as they 'had a feiend in the car.' Veiled message to let me know she's replaced me but it just seems desperate to me for a response. Edit: exactly 12 months

Together 13 years and wow wish I would have known this sooner. Was always sick and walking on eggshells through out our relationship. Been no contact for almost a month after she packed up and left and what do you know haven’t been sick once and there is now peace in the house. Its was always ultimatums and fights over the smallest things. She would be over it in 15 minutes and it would take me days. They are like a poison they never want to see you succeed and always try and drag you down to their level. I neglected my friends and family but not anymore. It’s been a month since we broke up. I made the mistake of continue talking for him after our break up but after watching your videos. i completely stopped. it’s been a week and now he has new supply. I had discovered the answer was I hadn't said, done or acted how she had planned me to, she didn't want me and who I am, she wanted me to be who ever she wanted me to be, but it kept changing, when we met I was true to myself and knew exactly who I was, somehow she got into my head and altered me. Then I was changing myself in order to just simply get on with her. That's when I reached enough, what was I doing, why was I trying so hard to appease her, once I opened my eyes, I started returning to myself. It was never a normal relationship, it was a movie I was going to co star in, then the writers changed my role and I was the villain. It really was similar to that. My lesson, stay true to yourself and if you meet someone who doesn't like it, leave them alone.

Hi there, a silence regime is not entirely possible during this process of divorce I’m going thru because of a child that we have.
