I dont see it used too often despite how powerful it is. iirc tech 2 increases signal strength , targeting range, and +2 locked targets.

Thanks for this! I learned I need to increase signal dispersion skill, AND more importantly to get my compensation skills to 5 - no more being a neutered Logi boi for me! 😁 Also, with the Rook and recon ships 5, you get 150% bonus to strength?! So if your strength is eg 1, you get a 1.5 bonus making it 2.5? If true, then it not only looks awesome, but is a beast! If not, meh, it's still pretty 🤩 Fantastic video, thanks for teaching capsuleers like me how things actually work!

ECM prevents the target from locking anyone but you? I thought it blocked all targeting... this makes so much sense now.

I think it used to do this in the past, long long time ago. But now it is a "look at me" button

Once upon a time it did, but that was changed. The beauty of jamming (using certain ships) is that they work at extremely long ranges which keeps your fragile ECM ship a bit safer.
