As a spurs fan, we aren't playing well and it's not looking good but we're getting results, but the big thing is that the forwards aren't linking up like we know they can. Yea I dont think it's a big deal right now that spurs aren't playing great. Conte has never really played amazing attacking football. He's always been a defensive coach who would much rather hold a 1-0 lead than to try and go score 5 every game. And it's brought him a lot of success in his career. (Domestic success) I don't know how the club will feel about him not caring about the UCL. He's notorious for not rotating so I wouldn't be shocked if they go out in the group stage. But I'm sure the board was aware of that.
@timlett992 жыл бұрын
Agreed. I personally don’t think it is a massive deal as Kulu will eventually come back into the team and Son who has really just looked off the pace almost every game once they start getting it together they’ll take off like we saw last season. You really can’t bet against Conte either he’s truly one of the best managers out there but has his flaws which have been exposed as of late due to numerous issues that are able to be solved

Exciting game Should have been a pen to liverpool for handball Mistakes across the board from trent,thiago ,van dijk, matip, The problem with liverpool is that they never played like city to expect a real no.9 to fit in without changing the style The shape was the same 433 however the style and direction of play has been out of wack. Having to play elliot, a winger who wants to get into the same areas as salah and trent but not running back to cover like hendo Robertson has been on a decline since gini left. Thiago is a fantastic technical player but thats a different roll Salahs shot numbers have been down with his area being clogged by trent and elliot so he has to go central but now theres a actual no.9 there who doesnt drop to the edge of the box like firmino Everything will be out of wack until the players learn their new roles in the way klopp wants to play now maybe a 4321 or a 442
