Being yourself at uni is hard but is so beneficial. During 1st year I found myself being so fake and almost a people pleaser, now that I'm just myself it has done wonders for my overall wellbeing!

yes this is key, I'm so happy to learn that. Being yourself will take you further and make you happier than otherwise :)

This is so true.. I am a first year law student @ Exeter.. and the workload is ridiculous. Like the grades are so unpredictable and getting 1st in law is very hard 🤥.

Hey I’ve applied for LSE this yr & was wondering about the Double Law degree at LSE & Columbia? (2yrs studying each) It’s for 2nd year lse law students & u achieve a LLB & JD (American version of a llb). I’ve heard it’s rlly hard to get in + expensive & only 2/3 people get in at LSE each yr. Do you know anyone lse students who have got into Columbia? /any advice for 1st year students? Love ur videos btw!!
@angelicaolawepo5 жыл бұрын
hey, it's not really an LSE x Columbia thing. It's actually just an LSE Programme. Working class students like me cannot take part in it because of how expensive it is (this year, the estimated cost for the year abroad is $100,000 and it's likely to rise in the future). In light of this, I would hardly describe it as a 'competitive' programme. Once you get into LSE, as long as you can afford it and have one of the top grades (from the pool of candidates who can afford it), you basically have a chance at doing it.

Can we have a link to the study? I’d love to read it
