This strategy isn't working. I had been doing it for a while, but people tend to replace you with someone else in your absence. When you 'pull back', they forget you instantly. When you bump into them, they usually respond with something like, 'Where have you been?' or 'Oh, I'm married now.' It happens every time. They don't even bother to press a button on their phone, let alone check your social profiles. It's a good thing I'm introverted and misanthropic, and there are tons of videos like this on KZbin to fill the void.

Some people might move on quickly, while others might take longer to notice your absence. You leave silently not show them what they are losing, but rather to show them you start valuing your self and you don't need the to fullfil you.

Hey mate, please take this the right way. If they don’t contact you they aren’t into you. It’s a cold hard truth that I realised myself. If someone really wants to be with you heaven and earth won’t stop them. It happens to everyone, disappear, work on yourself and things will work out for you. Good luck brother.
