Wg kind of rubbing it in the face of new players, fully 10 or more of the tanks in this years auction have been given away for free, and the prices have never been so high (they increased the cost of gold to match inflation, they shouldn’t also increase gold prices of tanks right?)

I actually really enjoy the STG. Call me a glutton for punishment, but it’s unlike any other tank in the game. Yes it can be extremely frustrating at times, but it can also give you some awesome experiences in this game that are unique, like a breath of fresh air for someone who has played almost every single tank in the game. Definitely definitely not for newer players or players who are concerned about their stats though.

Lackluster auction. I am really disappointed that there was not much out there worthy to spend my gold on. I did pick up T28 Defender tier 8 and British TD Badger tier 10. What did everyone else buy?

I got the Skoda T56 and Badger in collect 'em all's during the events, and the KPZ 50 from a mystery crate. As for the auctions, bought the Type 62 and T54E2 back when tanks were worth buying in the first week. After the middle part of week two, there haven't been any good deals. The blitz community really isn't very smart when it comes to spending their gold.

I’ve bought obj 252 at 5k and then the is3 defender came out the next week… bought for 7500. That’s it… I wish I could return the 252. lol I like Is3 Def much more

I bought it because I think it looks amazing with the legendary camo. I can already tell you it will collect dust in my garage. Nothing unique about it. Just get a shark and or t77 and you’re set for credit grinding heavies, which are more fun imo. I did get the stg, which isn’t a strong tank in anyway, so don’t buy it for wr or stats, but I find it very fun and will play it much much more than the t57 mecha, probably because I’ve played this game for 9 years and now prefer unique vehicles. Just my 2 cents

@jaquevius well I bought it anyway and I gotta say its better than expected. Much better. The DPM is bad but workable and the tank can bounce many shots. The real reason why this tank is so special is because it has the sandbag provisions which can increase the HP of the tank to 2050 along with the modules. Personally I think the camo looks bad but I have heard it confuses the players when shooting at you
