fr, and there is a bug currently where the chat might not appear in the chatbox, making chatting a lil harder but hopefully some patches some will iron everything out :D

yes, ive noticed for me once the server hits around 7 people, it really struggle to keep track of where everyone is and people will be loopin animations and stuck in place. the dev does know about it and is workin on it. i believe that this is their first multiplayer game so im happy to wait for the final product :D

Another thing that you could do is collect a certain TYPE of fish and let that collection of fish grow overtime and you could become a hoarder of that fish, currently I'm doing that with the turtles and sea turtles LOL, but for any one else they could collect as many alligators, axolotls, sharks, whatever!! The point is that you fish and collect the fish you want, basically a trophy of sorts. ^^

My completionist arse got all the normal quality fish by week 1 (started playing 2 days after launch) got jumpscared by a bucket buddy golden manta and the diamond a few days later. Now i hop on occasionally to chat and grind away when i feel like it. The rest of the quality fish will be one of those "ill get it done eventually" because of how rng heavy that part will be lmao

there are 9 weight variants for each fish, and 6 rarities for each fish, so there are over 3 thousand "different" fish you can catch but only one has the highest value. you wanna goal for post game catch all of them, and give the most valuable one to a random person say nothing and leave edit: fyi, the weight variant dose affect the price, tiny and small decrease it large, huge, microscopic, massive, gigantic, and colossal increase it (yes, in that order) tho, huge actuall uses 2 prices, that of large and massive, it can be either.(I think the same concept applies to gigantic)

I have bought everything that exists in the game and I am reaching the max rank in this game. I only need to complete all of the quests and the journal. And I am pretty sure that I have some cosmetics left to unlock that can only be gained through treasure chests if I am not mistaken

heyo. i just caught all the 4 star everything. but no rod. am i required to get all the 3 - 2 and 1 star, and no star. in order to get 4 star rod? or is it just bugged?

if the challenge doesnt compete when you catch the final fish, catch another any fish and the board should update. i have the 2and 3 star rods so they dont need to be in order

i partially agree with you that when you are done/burned out with a game it good to play something else, but this is for people who are not burnt out, people who still want to hop on and relax with people while still having something to actively do. this game has already built a very strong community, and it being a sandbox game, it is prime for groups of friends to make games and more within it. but i dont like that thinking of when youre done you should just drop it, theres always more to do if you use a lil imagination and sometimes those make the best gaming sessions :D
