When I try to pop the blue roller head, it does not click and the mopping head does not work, do you have any idea why?

So that's how you remove the red part for emptying... Mannnnn, the amount of gunk I had sloshing around each time I try to empty it...

@@unsharpen honestly, there are so little informative videos with many details as you did. Before expansive purchase of course I want to know as much as I can about product. Every detail is important. So I thank you for this very detailed video. Bc after this there's no questions left.
