You are adorable. Thank you for taking me along with you. I do need to pause though. Opening that wine was painful to watch. I used to serve wine in an upscale restaurant in my 20s. That wine key should have a very small knife built-in. Use that to run around the top lip of the bottle to peel off the wrapping and cleanly expose the cork. Its much faster.

And oh if you’re missing Filipino food; just head to Vermont. Seafood City is there. And some Filipino food. But they’re all scattered. We have a Filipino Mini Mall and it’s an Uber away at Eaglerock Plaza. Everything is there. Glendale has Max. Cerritos is near Anaheim in Disneyland and they have Gerry’s Grill, Noypitz and Josephine’s.

Visit the LGBT bars in West Hollywood! The mall in front of you at Beverly Center is fine. There’s another mall near you minutes away at The Grove (movie theatre, Cheesecake Factory and Italian Restaurants) and the famous 3rd and Fairfax Farmers Market where they have hole in the wall restaurants inside and food store. Where you went at CVS, there’s a mini mall inside that building. They have a Target, Ross, Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy and TJ Max. They have a healthy option of soup and salsa at Souplantarion and a Corner Bakery. Also a coffee Bean across the street. On the corner by a Beverly Center is a famous Filipino owned breakfast place Eggslut. FYI too: you’re near Cedar’s Sinai : the hospital to the stars ;) You’re also just minutes away from Rodeo Drive. Take a picture on the Beverly Hills sign. You’re near the LACMA and the lights. It’s instagram worthy. La Brea Tarpits is nearby. If you want to hike, Runyon Canyon is an Uber away. Breathtaking view of Hollywood. You can do the same by riding an Uber to the Observatory in Griffith Park and hike to the Hollywood sign. But the sign is locked. Ride the scary and highest rollercoasters at Six Flags Magic Mountain. Explore the restaurant row there in La Cienega where you are staying: they have The Stinking Garlic where everything is made of garlic, the Laury’s Steakhouse, Fogo De Chao, Japanese Gyukaku. We have a Zoo but it’s not a big one. San Diego is 2 hours away (you can ride the train) and they have a better zoo. You’re super near Universal Studios. Disneyland is about an hour away. Glendale has one of the biggest mall. Glendale Galleria and across is The Americana. Visit our beaches! My personal favorite is Manhattan Beach where you can walk around The Strand and Redondo Beach (you can have steamed crabs and seafood!) but if you want the touristy stuff then Santa Monica and Venice Beach. We have the best museums. My personal favorite is The Broad. But there’s plenty more like California Science Center.
