Another great video! Underquoting has definitely become a serious issue here in Sydney.. some places up to $500k underquoted. We are eyeing off our dream home right now here in Rosebery, agent originally quoted 'high 1's'... a week later we made an offer of 2.2 and the sellers declined, instead choosing to send it to auction. Either it was way too far underquoted, or the market is so hot it burns 🔥

Possibly high 1's was what the agent did originally value the home at, although due to there being so many people interested the competition drove the price up ?
