My Father told me once, (went home to Heaven May 2009, age 77) That he had to have false teeth, top and bottom, at the age of 14. They could not afford tooth brushes, or food. His mum and dad went on their knees, and prayed for toothbrushes for their Christmas presents. A spinster Auntie heard from God, about that prayer. My dad said no one heard that prayer, only God. So, dad's Auntie heard from our Lord God. She went down to the corner store, and bought three toothbrushes, wrapt them up, and put them under their Christmas tree. My dad saw the POWER OF PRAYER, THE POWER OF FAITH. That Auntie always gave them a teatowel every year. That one year, she heard the voice of the Holy Spirit, and answered the prayer of faith.

I have no problem donating two orphanages what have you as long as I have it I generally just tithe at my church because we are a small church and I know the bills are high and they do community outreach for the town I live in to the needy the homeless Etc God bless

I've always prayed to be on the worship team but I NEVER was asked to sing full time and different ppl would get added to the team and not me and I would just get full of jealousy. I NEEDED to hear this message. And I'll wait for what GOD has for me when he has it ready for me. Till then I'm happy with singing for Christ in my home .😊

I can relate to what you're talking about! I used to attend a large church and the situation with the worship team that you're describing. That was tough but God had a different plan. God gave me other opportunities to sing on youtube and lead worship at a smaller church. I also sing to the Lord privately in my home too. May God open doors for you to sing in other places too.

Its crazy how these pastors talk about Abraham and the other Prophets when these same Prophets never preached the trinity nor believed in it. They did not believe that God had a son. This preaching is truly humorous and inspirational (praise the Lord for preparing her by letting her go through the tough times so we can learn ) I myself also used to struggle with comparing with people and feeling weird when God left me not picked, but I realized that what other people get really have nothing to do with me in terms of my salvation and my character building. This is a fundamental message. I remember a similar situation happened to me at work where someone that Im close to got promoted. They just joined the company and a month later she got a promotion which I applied for . To my surprise almost half the company had confidence that I could do that job. But I didn't. To my surprise I didn't think it wouldn't hurt so much so that my colleague had to ask me different processes for various procedures. She did not know anything but I knew some things due to experience. Had I not been listening to the Holy spirit I would have resigned because the Holy spirit prepared me in advance. We work so well as a team. I love submitting under her... So I really praise God for that practical lesson!!!
