Just listened to the podcast on friendship. I am an older woman (63) who is at the stage of seeing her children get married and leave home for college and establishing their own adult lives. This show was a good reminder of how deeply we all long for relationship, how painful loss can be, AND that God will not "leave us orphans" so to speak. I'm 32 years old and single, waiting for my Boaz and yes, I want to get married. 30s just bring these anxieties as if it's never going to happen (especially when we see people around us getting what we want, worse even those that didn't want it still getting it) and that's not true, we don't know God's plan, we just need to trust in Him. May God give us strength and courage to continue worshiping and serving Him even through our challenges.

I’m thanking God on today because after getting hurt in my love life a few years ago God gave me the courage to put myself out there again. Unfortunately things didn’t turn out the way I wanted there, but I learned that when God leads us to try something it’s never about the outcome, even if it does work out, it’s about obeying God and allowing Him to do what He wants to do in our hearts. God has chosen me for something greater and someone who’ll be a better fit for me. But had he never sent that person on my path, I never would’ve regained the courage and resilience to get back up and try again! ♥️

Thank you Lord, when you told me in your still, small voice that I would be leading worship for my bible group. I have always loved to sing and I found where I belong! For some reason I don't really remember a time when I was jealous of anyone. But sadly the spirit of jealousy attacks me through other people. They have no idea what sort of struggles I went through in my life and how Jesus got me through it! If they did, I doubt they would harbor jealousy any more. To me, jealousy is like drinking poison and hoping the other person will die.

Satan was attacking me. When I was let go from my last job, Satan kept saying “ It’s all your fault, it’s all your fault., and after a year and a half, I started believing it finally the day after Christmas in 2012, 9 years ago I got a call from Arc and applied and got it. I wanted to start right away, but I started New Years Eve 2012 . And I’ve been there ever since.

Sometimes what we want can become an idol in our lives….and when we give our desires to God we can live in abundance + peace that God is completely ordering the steps as His kids and joint heirs in the grace of life …there were times when I believed I was supposed to go in a particular direction in my life that probably wasn’t Gods plan or will for me but still to be continued and figured out more….anddddd there were many light bulbs here for me in the video and great and salient reminders to rest in God and wait on Him for His perfect plan for our lives….amennnnn…glory to the King for uniting you four and also for being a blessing to so so many…

My only child passed away 7 years ago. I’m working through the sadness and grief. When my friends and family go out with their daughters, talk to them I want to say I’m so happy but inside I’m devastated that I can’t do the same. I know God knows all but it’s just seems so unfair. First episode i seen and it felt a little off i dont know but myself i dont have this great knowledge of the bible but hearing this topic my head went right away to The Book Of Life... From what i understand our God is the one who wrote our story out even before we were born and so he knows what comes next in our journey so all this God isnt choosing you is totally negative thinking if he already wrote our stories than no matter what we want we cant have because what we need and are going to live is already published and printed THE END, HAPPILY EVER AFTER, SO ON AND SO ON. So yeah no those things you want are irrelevent to your life story so dont feel bad you already made it to heaven and isnt that the ultimate goal?
