I found this video after searching for a reason as to why microsoft office has disappeared completely on two of our computers. And this is the answer: "Whoopsie daisy, it must have just disappeared". That's it? That's the solution? Not to shoot the messenger or anything, but, how on earth can it possibly be reasonable for a program to disappear without explanation? And how can you relay this message with a straight face, when you really should be drop kicking your computer into busy traffic?

Just bought a Word standalone because I didnt want the full office and uninstalled it - new Word has vanished - the phrase 'daylight robbery' springs to mind .

My entire Microsoft Office 360 disappeared on my Windows 10 after the last automatic update. I can open it by opening a previous Word/Excel/PP file, but the actual shortcuts, start menu folders, and C:/MS Office/ executables are gone. W..T..H MS!
