My ex covert narcissist did this to me. I just let him shatter everything and gave up. I closed all social media accounts and stopped contacting all my friends and family. I was just so broken because I loved him so much but yet he just would not stop stabbing me. To this day I assume everyone hates me and feels I am dumb, but will never know for sure because I lost contact with everyone after closing everything.

There is a movie about friends gathering, 2 pairs of couple and a single. 5 people were having dinner together. It seemed like the couple were in deep love. All of sudden their phones ring. And their secrets were revealed. All of them were hiding something shady that their partners didn't know. e.g. cheating. At the end of the day, many people wear make-up when they go to work. Your video and your advice is good for people who are suffering. Not because I recommend people to use your advice. Rather, it was because your video can be used to show their boss. They can use this opportunity to talk about, to report their achievement during their employment. At the end of the report, they can 'adopt' your advice. e.g. 'Yes, indeed, that asshole is lying.'

Regardless of narcs, a private thing is only private if youre the only one seeing it. You sent a picture to your trusted friend, but your friends sister used her phone and saw the picture, and there we go. So, always keep in mind that things can happen and take good pictures so atleast you get good promotion 😂 (joke).😊
