What to do when the "Scratch off Key Code" got Scrapped off too.

When you scratch off the key code for Microsoft Office 2016 and it delaminated and you can't read the keycode. Here are the steps to get your office activated.

I contacted the google support 3 times and they say they can't refund/replace it as they need the WHOLE code. Which is the part I accidentally scratched off. So asking for assistance for this kinda of cases seems to be useless. What did you do exactly?

I would assume that you would do the same methods. Google the Company tech support number, call them up and give them the serial number or UPC code off of that card. They should have a way to track down that card if it's activated and able to provide you with the activation key

Try calling this number.. 1-800-255-3700. Tell them what happened. There should be a secondary identifying number on that card like a serial number or something. Give them that number and they should be able to tell you what the original key was... If this helped please sub .

Sadly this video is so old most of the solutions have been shutdown. Microsoft no longer offers phone support for office activations.. so you cam imagine most the small companies don't. Only thing I can suggest is googing contact information for the billing department of the card you bought. Sorry. And good luck.

one of the things which you spent hours and hours on the phone with a representative is because most of them are new and they knew nothing like you hahahahah that's funny but it is true the only difference is that they have some systems and they may find the answer but it takes much time there are countless information there and to find something specifically it is like to look for a needle in the cliff and the worst thing is that some agents received some useless training and in a short period of time like you won't learn a whole company in two weeks or 1 will you? policies.procedures, programs and so on so while you are there talking with the agent, the agent is researching on the system sometimes they cannot find the answer so you might be mad at something you experienced but on the other hand the agent does not know anything about the company and of course the companies hire people who are not from usa or canada because they ask for a certain amount of wage which companies cannot afford to give away so they need some employees whose wages are less than minimun like india,latin america,some europe countries so they can save more money
