We’ve all been there. Those moments where it feels like we’re trudging through quicksand, each step a struggle. It’s frustrating. But with every rut I’ve been in (and I’ve been in quite a number of them haha), I know one thing for certain: it’s possible to get out of it. Especially with a bit of tender loving care and small, baby steps. :) After all, slow progress is still progress.
