I used to go to New Orleans for business and their bread pudding with whisky or bourbon sauce is the absolute best. They soak the mixture overnight so the bread completely breaks down. then they add slithers of peaches to it before baking. You would have no idea the main ingredient is bread. In the bread pudding world I believe perfecting that one is the real quest!

Sprouts has amazing Organic heavy whipping cream cream NON-homogenized and low pasteurized with cream on top, so good they also have raw kefir. Costco had ORGANIC A2 milk

I have been wanting to get some spice from the chai for vanilla extract. I made my first one with an expensive bottle of brandy. My husband was given as a gift and we don’t drink, but it was delicious. My next one will be the spice rum

I have heard Sprouts has that, but there are not a lot of areas that have a Sprouts, sadly. So, when I am in the area, I grab it. Years ago we had a Costco membership, but now we only have a Sam's club membership. Maybe I need to look into that again. I did find a nice whipping cream at Trader Joe's. So, will grab some when I am near one of those as well.

I think it would taste delicious! I would try half buttermilk, and half milk for the pudding. But, I am not sure if it would be good for the vanilla glaze sauce.
