I will not lie, you are going to have to line up for this.
Only in Penang can a dish or a stall become a tourist destination. A hot spot.
The famous Duck Kway Chap in Lebuh Kimberley (Kimberley Street) is an institution. Malaysians around the country and people around the world visit Penang for this dish.
This is one of my favourite dish in Penang. Dare I say it, all of Malaysia!
If you do make it to Penang, be sure to make your way here for a bowl. Please please please, order this dish as it is, with all the ingredients. It's the sum of everything which makes the dish POP. Challenge your preconceived ideas of offal and eat this with open eyes.
You will thank me!

Based in Melbourne, Australia, I watch too much TV, eat and drink too much to be a productive member of society. I have an insatiable craving to taste, smell and enjoy everything life has in store for me.
I have been bitten by the wanderlust bug and find nothing more thrilling than packing my bag and jumping on a plane to any far flung destination.
A huge thanks for watching. Please subscribe, like and comment. Let us know how we can improve so we can continue producing engaging content.

Second breakfast ftw!! If I ever go to Penang it’s definitely gonna be with you. The food looks so good! I like pork!

I really do enjoy Lamb's Fry, which used to be much more widely available in 'Aussie' pubs. I cook it at home sometimes, though I never get it perfect. I would be willing to eat more offal, but I lack the skill to cook it well. Thank you for the video!

Hey Tim, I enjoyed your video but I'm afraid your porky dish would be a pass for me. Bit too many bits of offal for my liking. 😢 Cannot wait for Gogglebox to return!! Regards Erika

HAHA it's not for everyone but I can assure you that it is actually not that scary. You definitely don't taste the 'offal' taste. Or you can be like Brodie and order the 'only duck' option...which is just as tasty! Yeah, Gogglebox back on TV next Wed on Lifestlye and Thu on 10!
