Real Sell Out Blockers = During Construction, You All [Blockers] keep Promoting Poor Construction (Poor Hill Cuts, inadequate Drainage Structures and Planning for Run-Off Collection, Poor or Low Road Levels Adjustments Etc.) as Good Works... and After Construction, when the Roads Fail - Surface and Retaining Walls Collapsing, and Communities Flooding/ed, there are No Blockers to Capture and present these Failures. I am not an engineer [I am more of a soil scientists and water conservationist], all of those Hills are cut too steep [spells trouble in those rainy areas, plus the road levels need to be raised higher, coupled with allowance for water collection an d soak-aways, the lower valley communities, barking lodge, new pera, etc. will be the involuntary collection point for the excess water run-offf [=Flooding in these communities].
