Immigrants are always welcome and is good for Canada, I live in a very multicultural city with many immigrants and I love the diversity of cultures and races. To me the world would be a very boring place without immigration.

They really aren’t. Canada needs to generate revenue to address poor infrastructure problems. Many immigrants in programs like these actually help the economy as they are skilled workers.
